EBW MILLISECOND DELAY

This Exploding Bridgewire (EBW) Delay Initiator provides a detonator shock output similar to
RISI’s RP-2 EBW. All explosives in this initiator are approved in MIL-STD-1316 and 1911 as
allowable for inline applications. Delay times from 5 to 100 milliseconds may be obtained.
Depending on the version ordered, the initiator may be functioned with an EBW electrical pulse,
a Shock Tube or an Exploding Foil Initiator (EFI). Shown is the EBW version.

Applications
• When a delay time from firing pulse to shock output in the range of 3 to 100 milliseconds is required
• When primary explosives are not allowed or not wanted
